Having tried KX ginger energy drinks, I was quite apprehensive about trying this one. I was pleasantly surprised because it didn’t burn my mouth in quite the same way as KX. It’s not my sort of thing, but it wasn’t nasty and if you like ginger flavoured drinks then this could be the one for you. Much sweeter and less bitter – more like a ginger infused lemonade.

Interesting branding, but ultimately overlaid on a generic low quality clone. Very sweet and sticky, not particularly refreshing and definitely not unique. On the plus side, it doesn’t taste that bad really, I had just hoped for more originality given that it claims to be influenced by people from around India.

This drink reminds me of holidays in Ireland. Pink lemonade is everywhere there, and this particular variant is really nice and refreshing. Drink it as cold as possible though – even slightly warm and it starts to get sickly.

Once again, it’s just not sour enough. I’m not a fan of apple flavoured drinks either but apple flavour and sour sweets do go hand in hand. Not impressed personally.
Another ‘health’ drink, this time containing magnesium in addition to the guarana. And, once again, it is packed full of sugar so immediately fails the healthy test. This particular variety of the Oshee Vitamin Energy family is tropical flavoured. It’s quite a strong and sickly tropical flavour at that too, but if you like fruity drinks then you may enjoy it.

I wasn’t too fussed about this one. Again, it’s just like Ribena in an energy drink can. I found it too sickly, and the fact that I had to buy 6 cans in order to try it meant that I had 5 cans left over to get rid of.
A nice budget sugar free energy drink. Absolutely nothing special about it, but it was cheap, tasted okay, and does the job of satisfying those energy cravings. Not as sweet as the full fat version, but just right overall.

Not so sour, but still quite nice. It’s just a fizzy cherry flavoured energy drink. I enjoyed it, but probably won’t buy it again. What I really want to see from drinks manufacturers is a properly sour energy drink. I want one that makes me pull my gums back over my teeth that it’s so sour. I’d buy a whole case of those!
I think I may be becoming used to the taste of cranberries. Normally, I tend to rate these drinks lower than tropical ones, but in this case it’s not too bad. That’s as good a compliment as I’m willing to give the drink though. It’s sweet, flavoured, and cheap. There are better flavours in the range though, and the sugar free original flavour one is still one of my favourites.
