Sneak Energy Blizzard Lemonade
July 18th, 2026Sneak has been popping up on my social media feeds for a few years, originally because they made a mix-yourself energy drink powder product. They have expanded into actual cans now and this is the first one of their products of any type that I’ve tried. It’s a nice lemonade, on the sharp side but very moreish and refreshing. I’m now quite keen to try tleirother flavours if I can find them…

El Jefe Energy: Phantom Lemonade
July 4th, 2026This is a very sweet “lemonade”. Yes, I’ve put that in quotes because it’s certainly not like any lemonade we get in the UK. It’s more like the citrus flavour from Mountain Dew White Out, if you’ve ever tried that US import. It’s quite sickly and no that refreshing, but it does taste good!
Body Fuel Ultimate Pre-Workout: Strawberry Lemonade
November 15th, 2025Extremely moreish! But be warned, this is packed full of caffeine so drink slowly and make sure you have no other caffeine in the same day because this is a pre-workout drink which is the equivalent of over two cans of Red Bull. It’s a great mixture of lemon and strawberry and very refreshing.

Sneak Energy Raspberry Lemonade
May 10th, 2025Very nice indeed! I’ve seen Sneak Energy advertised as a powder mix before but this is the first time that I’ve seen it in a can. This flavour is raspberry lemonade and it’s very smooth and refreshing – a proper summer drink. At £1.49 I think it’s definitely setting itself up as a premium drink… I’m not convinced it’s that good but it’s not far off.

Body Fuel Lemonade
April 27th, 2024Yes, this does taste like lemonade, but there’s almost something tropical about it. I can’t quite put my finger on exactly what it is, but certainly from the smell there’s possibly a little bit of mango in there too? Something tangy and citrus-like that’s not lemon anyway. Overall it’s a nice, strong-flavoured and fresh drink.

Applied Nutrition BCAA Amino-Hydrate – Cloudy Lemonade
October 28th, 2023Yup, it’s cloudy lemonade. There’s a slight craggy aftertaste from the sweeteners but apart from that it’s a nice classic lemonade flavour. Slightly tangy taste, on the bitter rather than sweet side but nice and unique.

Monster Juiced Aussie Lemonade
March 4th, 2023I love lemon-flavoured drinks and this was no disappointment! I can imagine this would be a very refreshing drink in the summer, it’s just a shame it’s a cold March morning at the time of trying it! I think I’ll get a second can of this to keep in for a warm day, it’s that good. I don’t normally try drinks a second time so this one is getting special treatment. Large can, quite sweet, slightly bitter lemon twang (you can really taste the lemon juice), top marks! Oh, it’s not sugar-free though so you get the old-style buzz from it too 🙂
Mad Dog Energy Lemonade
December 26th, 2015A nice and refreshing lemonade drink. It’s tangy, along the same sort of flavour as Fanta Lemon by way of comparison, but with an obvious caffeine kick.
