A bit of a disappointment really. It was a very generic ‘berry’ flavour, but I’d say it was predominantly blackcurrant. Low in calories but due to the large can size you got quite a caffeine hit. Quite sickly to drink the final third of the can though!
When you open the can you are greeted with the unmistakable ‘tropical’ aroma of this drink. It turns out the taste is not quite as the smell suggests – it’s fruity and slightly sharp, but much smoother than say Monster Ripper.
I have to admit, this drink was purchased mainly for the interesting name… <insert innuendo here>. It’s quite sickly and not refreshing, the fruit punch flavour being very strong.

This fruit punch flavoured drink tastes like Double Dip cherry and orange mixed together. I’m sure I’ve described other drinks like that too before, but that doesn’t mean this isn’t unique – it’s really smooth in the way you’d expect a Mountain Dew drink to taste. Easy to drink, and low in calories too.
Take a berry drink and mix it with a tropical drink and you end up with this. It’s an odd blend but somehow works. A large can and full of sugar but nice to drink.
