Monster Energy Nitro Blue Flash

I’ve seen this particular new flavour getting a lot of attention on social media in the UK in recent weeks so I had to grab a can as soon as I saw it to find out what all the fuss is about. It’s using carbonated and nitrogenated water as a base which supposedly gives it a “smooth, creamy texture”. I guess that’s true, the bubbles don’t feel as sharp as pure carbonated water so if you like that then you might like this! The flavour though, well, it’s just a blue raspberry energy drink. It’s nice enough, extremely sweet with no background ‘Monster’ taste which I guess is possibly masked by the very strong blue raspberry flavour of this drink.
