Optimum Nutrition Pre-Workout – Lemon Lime
October 7th, 2023I managed to find quite a few energy shots recently, and I haven’t seen many in years. This first one is a lemon-lime flavour with quite a bit of caffeine in (175mg). I’d hoped that after a few years the makers would have worked out how to make the shots sweeter tasting but sadly it’s still quite bitter. You can taste the lemon and lime flavouring, but the whole drink has a sour tang that makes you draw back the corners of your mouth in an instinctive reflex sort of way. As shots go, I’ve had worse!
