It’s a clever idea – jump on the bandwagon of protein drinks by producing an energy drink with added protein. The 3in1 on the bottle refers to the combination of protein, carbohydrates and caffiene, and the drink is clearly marketed at the gym-going type. The taste, sadly, is not up to scratch. The orange is very bitter and not at all refreshing. If I were drinking this after a gym session, it wouldn’t help my stomach at all. Alsom if it’s protein you are after then you should probably go for an actual protein shake or protein bar – this drink contains less than 2g of protein.
