Turns out sakura is cherry blossom - the actual flowers of the cherry tree. Well, I would describe this drink as a delicate cherry flavoured beverage. It's certainly not "Haribo" cherry, not synthetic cherry like you get in sweets and most cherry flavoured drinks, but if I had to actually describe the flavour then I'd say it's something in between Burn and Red Devil.
