There's no clue on the can really as to what the flavour is, it doesn't even say "mixed fruit flavour" or anything similar. All it says is it's a "Sparkling guarana energy drink" and when I opened the can I caught a sudden whiff of what I think is blackcurrant. The colour of the drink is the usual expected yellow-tint, but I'm pretty certain this is a blackcurrant flavoured drink, along the lines of Ribena. That might make sense actually because the manufacturing company is called "Lucozade Ribena Suntory Ltd" so perhaps they have plenty of blackcurrant flavouring to spare. It has a bit of a tang to it compared to a blackcurrant squash, so you do get a slightly more bitter note at the back of your throat by comparison so perhaps that's the guarana doing that.<br><br>#energydrink #energydrinks #Blackcurrant #UK
